Managing Creator Accounts as an Agent
Activate the Agent role, request scoped access to creator accounts, and work inside client workspaces with a full audit trail.
Agents manage one or more creators professionally. Fanciti lets a creator grant an agent scoped, revocable access to their account — no password sharing, no full account takeover, and every action is logged for the creator to review.
Becoming an agent
- 1Activate the Agent role
Go to Settings → Agents & delegation and activate the Agent role. You can optionally add your agency name.
- 2Request client access
Send an access request to a creator by username, selecting only the permissions you need (links, gifting, partnerships, analytics, or profile).
- 3Wait for creator approval
The creator reviews each permission in plain language and approves or declines. Nothing is shared until they approve.
- 4Enter the client workspace
From the Agent dashboard (/agents/dashboard), click "Enter workspace" on a client card. A banner reminds you that you are acting as the creator.
What agents can never do
Some areas are never delegable, no matter which permissions a creator grants: payout and bank details, subscriptions and billing, account deletion, and managing the delegation itself. Attempting to open these areas while acting as a creator is blocked.
Creators can revoke access at any time from Settings → Agents & delegation. Revocation takes effect immediately, even mid-session.
Every action you take while acting as a creator is written to an append-only audit log that the creator can see. Act as if they are watching — because they can.
