Signing In & Account Security
How authentication works on Fanciti and what to do if you have trouble signing in.
Fanciti uses OAuth 2.0 authentication via Google and Facebook — there are no passwords to remember or reset.
How to sign in
- 1Go to any protected page
If you are not signed in and try to access your workspace, you will be redirected to the sign-in page.
- 2Choose your provider
Click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook". You will be redirected to that provider's login page.
- 3Authorize Fanciti
Allow Fanciti access to your name, email, and profile photo. We only request the minimum permissions needed.
- 4Return to Fanciti
You are automatically signed in and returned to where you started, or to your dashboard.
Troubleshooting sign-in issues
- 1Make sure you are using the same account
If you signed up with Google, always use Google to sign in. Using Facebook with a different email creates a separate account.
- 2Check if your browser is blocking pop-ups
The OAuth flow may open in a pop-up window. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups from fanciti.com.
- 3Try a different browser or device
If sign-in still fails, try incognito mode or a different browser to rule out extension conflicts.
Your Fanciti account is tied to the email address on your Google or Facebook account. If you change your email on those platforms, reach out to support to update your Fanciti profile.
